More coverage of research in the new MUMI lab

Adding to recent press reports about the Music & Movement Immersive (MUMI) laboratory at BRAMS, UdeMnouvelles has published an in-depth view of the new lab. The article puts a spotlight on several projects that take advantage of unique resources in the MUMI, including research by PhD student Emilie You addressing movement deficits in Parkinson’s disease with the aid of the immersive screen and treadmills, and a study on the effect of naturalistic concert hall audience response on performance anxiety in pianists by Masters student Emmanuel Adam-Marsolais.
